Lead scalability and excellence of product and service delivery. Own operational excellence in patient experience and provider experience driving business results including growth and margin expansion. Responsibilities: Lead operations resulting in growth of active paying members, positive health outcomes, and team engagement, drive operational excellence in delivery of clinical and diagnostic service offerings, partner with enterprise sales and client success functions, oversee RCM and billing, co-own company-level metrics including setting and meeting budget targets, P&L management and budget oversight, team leadership and people management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement and operational efficiency, strategic planning, change management, compliance and regulatory adherence, data analysis and KPI management, customer satisfaction, vendor management, talent acquisition and employee development. Requirements: At least 15 years of work experience in operations, proven ability to manage P&L and drive margin expansion, strong cross-functional leadership skills.
