Lead global HR Operations, Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), and People Analytics, ensuring systems and processes are thoughtful, scalable, and aligned to how the organization builds teams and products. Manage a talented team including a Benefits lead, a Compensation individual contributor, and an Operations manager who oversees the global Operations team. Responsibilities: Own the People technology roadmap and integrate AI into workflows, provide guidance and oversight of global benefits programs, hands-on support for compensation strategy and execution, evolve total rewards philosophy into a strategic function, own operational and compliance health of international footprint, build and maintain scalable people processes across the full employee lifecycle, team leadership and people management, performance management, HR operations management, vendor management, data analysis and people analytics, cross-functional collaboration, budget management, change management, strategic planning, SOP development. Requirements: 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, deep expertise in HR systems, compensation design, benefits administration, and people analytics, strong leadership and team management skills.
