Responsibilities: Lead design and execution of people programs supporting organizational growth, partner with executive leadership on workforce needs and talent strategies, develop scalable onboarding, performance management, leadership enablement, and career development frameworks, organizational design and workforce planning, HR operations management, team leadership and people management, employee engagement and retention, HR compliance across all regions, HRIS and ATS platform management, people analytics and data analysis, process improvement and workflow automation, SOP development, cross-functional collaboration, change management, vendor management, strategic planning. Requirements: Extensive experience in People Operations, HR leadership, and organizational development, expertise in HRIS systems and people analytics, knowledge of multi-region HR compliance.
